The rooftop swimming pool with city view, comfortable room and bed, efficient aircon, good rain shower, strong wifi. Near Pasar Malam for convenient dining options.

This hotel had great facilities, including a rooftop swimming pool with a stunning view of the city. The location was perfectly situated near the Pasar Malam and the waterfront, making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. My room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, in addition to useful amenities like a small fridge and safety box. The staff were incredibly friendly and made the check-in process efficient and pleasant.

The hotel is located in a great area, surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The room was clean and well-maintained with all the expected amenities offered. The breakfast provided had a good selection of options to choose from, including local dishes which were a nice touch.
The hotel staff was not very friendly or helpful. It was difficult to communicate with them and they seemed disinterested in providing assistance.

Great hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. the spacious lobby and coffee shop are lovely places to relax. the hotel is located in the heart of the city close to shops and restaurants, which was very convenient. the room was clean and comfortable with a refreshing air conditioning system.
The hotel could do better with its soundproofing. We were woken up early in the morning by noises from the street.

Located in the heart of town, this hotel is just a stone's throw away from the waterfront and various other attractions in the area. the bed is comfortable, and the staff at check-in is very kind and helpful. the breakfast is tasty and provides a good start to the day.
The facilities in the hotel are a bit rundown, with peeling paint on the walls and some furnishings that have seen better days.
